My boots aren't made for walking
My feet hurt like all get-out. I went for a walk after a double-plus ungood day of work, because I thought walking would be better than sitting. My feet think differently. Anybody have any suggestions about insoles for boots that keep you from hurting?

Emotions are on a more even keel. Whatever that means, because emotions aren't a ship or anything. Unless you want them to be, I suppose.

Exclamation points make me sound enthusiastic and vigorous!

REI sells a nifty insert for hiking boots that corrects for overpronation. it made my feet happy. Other places might have it too.

And no, this is not an REI employee :).

It's Been Thought
...by at least one person in the Suite other than me, that we need to start having weekend "thingies" again. Not to invite the world but you know, some Doc-ness over at the Suite would be nifty, particularly if said Doc would like to get out of his apartment for any particular reason. I say we rent the Jackass movie and shriek with laughter and such stuff. Yay.
