Just for fun
It's time to play everyone's favorite game: Programming Language Inventor or Serial Killer?

Seeing as how I didn't sleep Wednesday night, last night was fun (kind of by default). But I'm back in the saddle again . . .

Reminds me...

Possible project for you. Ever see a name/word generator that worked on an existing dataset (or words) and combined parts of the words to form new words along similar lines? Classical useage is as a name generator for RPGs, with Tolkien-esque names topping the list, but it works with any fantasy name set. Nik mentioned to me it would be great if he could come up with some new names in his made-up language (for his books) without actually having to come up with them. Any interest?

OK. Find the software and make it so that Nik can use it, with a data set to be provided later.

Possibly - we come up with a set of consonant-vowel pairs, set up a CFG and RNG, and away we go. I think we could definitely go off about it - but not too many apostrophes, I think. I would need more specifics - and we should probably consider Annie's input, seeing as how she's jumping up and down about it ;)

I've actually seen the software somewhere, but I don't know quite what is involved. I just know Nik would be happy to have it.
