Some Funny
dsginter writes "Today, AMD has blessed us with their Turion line of chips. Though it is supposed to compete with Intel's Centrino line, with such a name, one has to wonder if AMD is going after the Celeron, the name of which is derived from the latin word, 'celer', meaning 'fast' or 'swift', as in 'celery' - the fastest of all vegetables." I took this, and got an equivalent score.

However, I have questions about how it is scored. For example, I don't subscribe to any science/tech magazines. I read them online. I suspect this reason was not taken into account.

There are a couple questions I consider suspect; then I just remind myself that it's the Internet, and the guy who wrote the test is just trying to get eyes for his software projects (which aren't bad, IMNSHO).

'celery' - the fastest of all vegetables

Vegetables move? That's news to me. This line amused me, the whole concept of a fast vegetable just seems like a logical contradiction.

That's really the only thing about it I found funny - I'm glad somebody else found it funny :-)

Ahh, but celery is among the fastest "in passing".

God that is a bad joke. I'll stop now.

You should ask abaddonx99, since he was the person who sent it to me. I don't know where it's from either, but the picture is called "El Flamingo".
